The neon sign nobody turned off. It has been on since before anyone here was watching.
OPEN LATE is a meme token on Robinhood Chain. The character is a neon sign hanging in the window of a trading floor that went dark years ago. Nobody remembers who installed it. Nobody has found the switch.
The joke is real infrastructure. Wall Street keeps office hours. This chain does not. When every exchange on the board above goes dark, the last row stays lit, and so does the sign.
Flip it. That is the whole feature. It counts every person who has ever been here at an hour they should not have been.
The sign has carried permit no 4663 since before any of us got here. It was not the only plate they made. A numbered set is planned, and each plate keeps the hour it was issued.
No whitelist. No date. Every number is issued once and never reissued. Nothing about the permits happens before the token is live.
Everything on this page that is empty stays empty until it is true.
Not yet. It is coming to Robinhood Chain. The address will come from @openlatehood and from nowhere else. Anything you see before that is not it.
Most pools price a token against a native coin. This one is planned to be priced against a tokenized stock instead, so the pair moves with something that keeps office hours while the token does not.
Not decided. It gets picked on X by whoever shows up, before launch, in public.
A planned set of numbered plates, each one keeping the hour it was issued. They open after the token is live, never before it. Full terms get published before anything opens, and there is no whitelist at any point.
Not filed. It gets published at launch and not one hour earlier.
No. It is a sign with a face.
OPEN LATE is a meme token. It has no revenue, no product, no yield, no floor, and no obligation to be worth anything at any hour of any day. Nothing on this page is an offer, a solicitation, an inducement, or advice of any kind, financial or otherwise. Market hours shown above are ordinary local sessions and are calculated in your browser from your own clock. They exclude public holidays, half days, auctions, halts, and every other reason a market has for being closed when it said it would be open. Holders of this token are entitled to nothing. There is no treasury, no vesting schedule you were promised, and no team allocation described anywhere on this page because none of it has been decided. The night permits described above are a plan, not a product, and nothing about them opens until the token is live and the terms are published. If any of that changes it gets written here first and it gets written plainly. The sign in the corner of this page is a light. It does not know your position size and it would not be kind about it if it did. If you have read this far at an hour you would not admit to, that is the entire point of the project and you are already part of it.
